MdViewer 0.1.0

First release of MdViewer, a native read-only Markdown viewer for macOS 15+ (universal).

Features: GitHub-style rendering, outline sidebar, live reload, find, KaTeX math, Mermaid diagrams, themes, PDF export and a Quick Look extension.

Install: unzip, move MdViewer.app to /Applications, then run:

xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/MdViewer.app

The app is not notarized; see the README for details.
