extensionctl build <chart.json> generates images.tar and <extension>.tgz that can be directly uploaded to Kaapana (>= 0.2.0).
- supports podman and docker
- supports custom registry url
- requires Kaapana repository path
- requires Kaapana build version
- not tested with podman inside container
