Issue is the product-facing work item while approvals and audit entries still need explicit chat/thread process links for inbox, Symphony, and runtime review surfaces. This keeps those durable Pod semantics in the shared models package instead of duplicating predicates in LinX shells.

Constraint: LinX consumes models through a git submodule and release packages consume the npm version, so bug fixes must land in models before the parent repo advances the pointer.

Rejected: Leave the submodule dirty in LinX | parent commits cannot carry child-repo diffs and future version bumps would drop the fix.
