MADE 0.5.0 combines the durable event-stream foundation with the first concurrency and bounded-workflow primitives.

• Embedded first: local SQLite ceremony state, session memory, durable event cursors and reports. The host executes the agents, tools and human work.
• Concurrent workflows: independently claimable steps, joins, capacity limits, bounded repetition, dynamic roles and atomic context writes.
• Install without Rust: checksummed standalone executables and Codex/Claude Code plugin bundles for Linux x86_64/arm64, macOS arm64 and Windows x86_64.
• Kubernetes: versioned service images and Helm chart, including fixes for embedded NATS NetworkPolicy selectors and ceremony-store volume mounting.
• A rebuilt README, copyable embedded Codex setup and corrected release instructions.

Install from crates.io with cargo install made-mcp --locked, or use the executable/plugin assets below. Version 0.4.0 was a planning checkpoint and was not published separately.

MADE remains pre-1.0. Hosts schedule concurrent agents; automatic parallel drivers, the complete orchestration patterns and parent/child ceremony composition remain on the roadmap. Existing limitations and migration details are documented in the links below.
