This patch restores reliable in-app updates from older Rudder Desktop builds.

Fixed

  • Fixed older Desktop updaters rejecting a complete PostgreSQL runtime when its timezone data uses the official nested directory layout.
  • Added target-owned migration compatibility so already-installed builds can prepare and switch to the new runtime before the replacement app starts.
