File Attachments

• New commands: attach, attachments, detach, download
• Upload files to tasks (up to 25 MB) via Microsoft Graph API
• Direct upload for files <= 3 MB, upload session for 3-25 MB
• --attach flag on new command for attaching files at creation time

Deep Links
