Five Plugin ADRs whose amendment block can be removed without a judgment call, because the block states its own replacement text and the body fault it describes is a single line.
Measured 2026-09-02:
ADR
Block
Body line at fault
0015-workflows-slug-artifact-home.md
1 block, 250 chars
the artifact base dir is config-driven (artifacts_dir)
0017-container-follows-structural-need.md
1 block, 286 chars
/handoff and /prototype are referenced, not shipped
0025-qa-pipeline-onramp.md
1 block, 427 chars
0025:83 names classification.labels
0028-cleanup-operational-janitor.md
1 block, 427 chars
0028:40 names tracker.access
0029-explore-research-spike-onramp.md
1 block, 427 chars
0029:82 names classification.labels
The last three carry the same five-line block verbatim: "where this ADR says classification.labels, or names the tracker through tracker.access / tracker.coords, read docs/agents/issue-tracker.md and docs/agents/triage-labels.md instead."
Why it is worth a ticket rather than opportunism
Left to forward-only these five wait for someone to next change that decision, which for 0015 and 0017 may be never. They are the part of the nineteen-file amendment stack where nobody has to work out what is live — the block says it.
The other fourteen stay. Folding ADR-0024 or ADR-0036 into current text needs someone who knows which claims hold today, and a batch agent will guess. That is deliberate, and recorded in #452's "does not decide" list.
Acceptance criteria
Each of the five ADRs states its decision as current text: the line the block corrects is rewritten to say what is true now, using the replacement the block names.
No > **Amended (YYYY-MM-DD):** block remains in any of the five files. Git holds the deleted text; no ## History section is added.
apps/claude-code/unic-archon-dlc/docs/adr/README.md's index rows for 0015, 0017, 0025, 0028 and 0029 carry the same Status string as the file.
No sixth ADR is touched. The fourteen judgment-tier files keep their blocks exactly as they are.
Nothing in the five files loses a reason: where a block explained why a change was made and the body does not, that reasoning moves into Context or Decision before the block goes.
Blocked by
#452 — it sets the form these five are rewritten into. Dispatch after run 3 finishes; there is no urgency, because after #452 no ADR can gain a new block.
