Given that we also have
quoted-charandquoted-pattern, it is somewhat confusing to have a barequotedrule. It would be much clearer to call itquoted-literal, and correspondingly specify thatunquotedisunquoted-literal.Doing so would also fix at least two places in the formatting text which already include references to quoted literal as a named thing.
