A Codex usage reset is picked up within a few seconds instead of waiting for the next 5-minute refresh. One-off empty replies from ChatGPT replicas are still ignored.

operator-cli no longer crashes on processes or ai. Uptime includes minutes. The All Accounts card says Depleted only when every ring is empty. The GPU Settings tab is named for accessibility.
