Pull request overview
Adds GoReleaser Nix publishing configuration so releases can automatically generate and push a Nix derivation into the unikraft/nur repository.
Changes:
- Introduces a
nixpublisher block targetingunikraft/nurwith per-OS/arch archive IDs. - Configures Nix package metadata (homepage/description/path/main_program) and install steps (binary + man pages).

Once this generates a usable nix derivation, we can also add a reference in the
nurrepo.
