Initial Release!

  • renamed optional to opt and optionalStruct to optStruct so it isnt as long
  • fixed issues with svlq and f16
  • instead of vbuffer and buffer, there only exists buffer now, which is dynamic
  • instead of vstring and string, there only exists string now, which is dynamic

i deemed the 2 above as too niche to support for the built-in types
