Initial release of unitysvc-core.

Split out from unitysvc-services (bo-unitysvc/unitysvc-services-archive#99). Contains only audience-neutral data models, JSON schemas, and generic validation helpers — no CLI, no HTTP client, no seller-specific catalog builders.
