Remove request_transformer from AccessInterfaceData (listing side)

The listing-side request_transformer field has been removed. The offering-side upstream_access_config.request_transformer remains the correct place to configure request transformation.

Changes

  • Remove AccessInterfaceData.request_transformer from service.py
  • Remove request_transformer property from listing_v1.json
  • Remove RequestTransformEnum $defs entry from listing_v1.json (enum kept in base.py and offering_v1.json)
