Replace the 'The Altair X package.' placeholder descriptions (cache,
common, configuration, container, cookie, courier, data, filesystem,
happen, http, middleware, sanitation, security, session, structure,
validation) with accurate one-line summaries drawn from each package's
docs/packages/*.md. These surface on Packagist and in 'composer show'.
