Unified installation flow:setup.sh now uses pyproject.toml as the single dependency source, reuses an active non-base Conda environment when present, otherwise creates/reuses .venv, and no longer edits shell startup files.
Packaging cleanup: removed the duplicate requirements.txt install path, made setup.sh executable in Git, and updated CI/docs to match the supported bootstrap workflow.
Python compatibility: restored Python 3.9/3.10 CLI compatibility by falling back to tomli when tomllib is unavailable, and expanded the CI matrix to include Python 3.13.
Unicode normalization fixes: added normalization for additional dash/hyphen variants, including the non-breaking hyphen (U+2011) reported in issue #20.
Metrics CLI behavior:--metrics now implies report mode by default, but explicit clean-output flags (-o, -t) still write cleaned output and emit the metrics report as a side report on stderr.
Scanner/report accuracy: split typographic quote reporting into ASCII and Unicode buckets, stopped counting informational subfields as anomalies, and cleaned up report details so re-scanning already-clean text does not produce misleading quote totals.
Tests and docs: added regression tests for hyphen folding, metrics/report mode precedence, and scanner quote/space counting; refreshed README and CLI docs to reflect the new behavior.
