Add the fable tier across the model enumeration points: pricing table in cache cost analytics ($10/$50 per MTok), statusline shortening test, init per-role model picker, CHANGELOG, and README notes. Routing needs no code change — model_overrides values pass through to the envelope MODEL: line.
