• Distinguish bun run path/to/file.ts from package scripts
• Ignore paths explicitly attributed to another repository
• Handle wrapped removal notes without hiding separate true positives
• Recognize common tutorial placeholders

Verified with 350 passing tests and a 20-repository corpus rescan that removed 142 false errors.
