Patch for composer provider selection.

Fixed

  • Switching Speed/Reasoning no longer refreshes the page and snaps back to the previous AI provider
  • The Settings default radio applies to new and empty chats until you pick a provider in the composer

Upgrade: git checkout v4.0.2, then pnpm install and rebuild. No new migration.
