First release. Download SchumannScope.exe below — a single self-contained
file, no installer, no Python, no dependencies. Run it and it starts pulling data.

A cache/ folder is created next to the executable for the last good data, so
the app still shows something when you're offline.

What it does

Aggregates the three public Schumann resonance sources that still exist, and
labels each one with its real age — no stale feed is presented as live:

  • Age banner above the station cards gives the exact timestamp of the GCI
    values and how many days old they are, so a 5-week-old number can't read as current.
  • Freshness badges on every image: LIVE (< 6 h) / vechi de Nh / ÎNGHEȚAT din …,
    taken from each server's Last-Modified header.
  • Interactive chart with 1–30 day ranges, per-station toggles and a crosshair
    tooltip. Stations reporting 0 show as offline and leave a gap in the line
    rather than a fake cliff to the axis.
  • Built-in guide tab explaining every value: the Schumann modes
    (7.83 / 14.3 / 20.8 / 27.3 / 33.8 Hz), how to read a spectrogram, why the 50 Hz
    line is mains hum, and why white "Schumann blast" patches usually just mean the
    signal clipped the colour scale.

The interface is in Romanian.

Notes

  • Windows 10/11, 64-bit. The exe is unsigned, so SmartScreen may warn on first
    run (More info → Run anyway).
  • Displays third-party data as published — nothing is smoothed or interpolated.
    Not affiliated with HeartMath Institute, vlf.it or Tomsk State University.
