Adds upstash blob upload <source> for local files and nested folders, with streaming multipart uploads and automatic temporary credential refresh through the Blob SDK.

Requires Node.js 20+. Set UPSTASH_BLOB_TOKEN in your environment or .env, then run:

pnpx @upstash/cli@1.4.0-canary.1 blob upload ./dir

Options include --prefix, --concurrency, --skip-existing, --dry-run, and --quiet. Existing keys are overwritten unless --skip-existing is supplied. That flag checks existence only, not content equality.

Validation: build and typecheck passed; offline unit tests cover directory traversal, streamed uploads, retries, and real SDK multipart credential refresh across simulated expiry. Production dependency audit is clean. Live R2 uploads have not been exercised.
