Version 0.302

v 0.300-0.302 introduced a single main function, EDmain_convex, which can use the time-domain "restarted diffraction order" method, or the frequency-domain ESIE and ESIEBEM methods, but still for only convex scattering objects. The main function uses some new small functions for messages, and moved the check for recycling results files into the functions that are called by EDmain_convex. All this made the main function quite compact. The underlying calculation algorithms introduced nothing new.
