Implemented a new input parameter, geoinputdata.listofedgestoskip. This parameter can either be a one-column list where edge numbers are specified, and then these edge numbers will be deactivated, or the parameter can be a two-column list where corner number pairs are specified. Edge numbers that connect each corner pair in the two-column list will then be deactivated. Implemented after suggestion from Stephan Ewert.
