88a5d08 - [Refactored to use tokio for async I/O ]:

  • Cargo.toml
    • Incremented SemVer number and added tokio as a dependency
  • src/logs.rs
    • Made Logger.cfg() return a Result (in case a File handle isn't
      able to be created).
    • Refactored to remove excess macros
    • Uses tokio for all async stuff
  • src/tests.rs
    • Added async tests

43f6788 - [SemVer should increment minor, not patch]:
Technically breaking API changes warrant a major release, but given the
breaking change is one Result monad and an overhaul of an optional
feature, minor increment is fine.
