Wii-Fi Tester v0.4.0

Initial public release of Wii-Fi Tester.

This release validates the native SDIO transport to an original-Wii WLAN
module on Wii and Wii Mini hardware. It does not scan for wireless networks
yet; successful SSB enumeration establishes the baseline for that next stage.

Highlights:

• Accesses Hollywood SDIO1 directly without the IOS WLAN driver.
• Uses bounded reset, power, clock, and SDIO bring-up attempts so missing or
  poorly soldered hardware should not hang the application.
• Validates CMD52, CMD53/DAT0, CCCR/CIS, and native SSB enumeration.
• Restores the original host-controller state after probing.
• Saves a detailed report to SD or USB.
• Does not install or patch IOS, write NAND, or change network settings.

Install by extracting the ZIP to the root of the FAT-formatted SD or USB
device used by the Homebrew Channel.
