Bug Fixes

  • Notification icon now displays correctly in macOS notification banners
  • Fixed idle_prompt notification type mapping → session correctly transitions to Idle after Claude responds
  • Fixed session not transitioning back to Running after permission granted (PostToolUse hook)
  • Fixed InMemorySessionRepository losing terminal name and PID across status updates
  • Terminal focus now resolves TTY from Claude process at click time (not hook time)
  • Notification title now includes terminal name: "Claude in VS Code needs your attention"
