Release Notes

  • Clean up your worktrees in one place. The new Worktrees dialog lists the worktrees of your open projects, and those in the worktrees folder (~/.cornercase/worktrees by default) whose project you have closed, with the project, branch, folder, how long ago it last changed and what it has: ●n changed files, ↑n commits no remote has, merged, no commits for a branch never pushed that has nothing of its own yet, upstream gone, locked, the program running in it (claude, or 2 running), n outside for processes using its folder from another terminal or another tab, open, and prunable, repository gone or unknown to git for leftovers. Leftovers come first, then the merged ones, then the oldest. Open it from Settings → Worktrees → worktrees on disk, or from a project's ⋯ menu → worktrees for that project alone. On a row of an open project, changes opens that workspace's changes panel.
  • Remove several at once, safely. Tick the rows and click remove n: the confirmation checks them again, then names for each what it would lose (uncommitted files, unpushed commits, a lock, agents and shells that stop, processes outside cornercase or in another tab using the folder). Nothing stops before you confirm. Removal runs in the background. Branches are only deleted if you tick also delete the branch, the ones with commits nobody has are listed in red first, and a branch is kept if the worktree switched to another one since the confirmation.

Release Notes

  • Name the branch before an issue's worktree is made. start in the Issues tab now shows the branch and the workspace's name, filled in as before: change them to follow your team's convention, or press Enter to keep them. A branch that already exists is checked out, and one a workspace has open gets a new tab there, as before. Starting in a new tab asks nothing.
  • Set your team's convention once. Settings › Worktrees › issue branches takes a template such as feat/{key}-{slug} or {user}/{key}, with {key}, {number}, {slug}, {source} and {user} (your git user.name). It names the branch everywhere an issue starts: the Issues tab, scheduled issues, flows and cornercase start --issue. Empty keeps each tracker's own names, and the setting warns when a template would stop GitLab from closing its issues by itself.
  • The same for a flow started from an issue. start a flow's dialog fills its branch from the same template, and now also has the workspace's name under it; both can be changed, and a branch git would refuse is pointed out before the team starts.
  • Scripts and other apps: cornercase start --issue and cornercase flow run --issue take --workspace-name, and --worktree names the branch; the template is the issue_branch setting of cornercase config.
  • The docs now say that workspaces are listed in the order you made or dragged them, not by name.

Release Notes

  • Switch accounts from the window. Settings has a new Accounts tab: add an account of Claude Code, Codex or Gemini CLI (it opens a tab to log in there), see whether each one, and the agent's own login, is logged in and as whom, and remove an account (it asks first, and reminds you to log out before). Once you have an account, a status bar at the bottom of the window shows a button per agent, such as claude: work ▾: click it and pick the account its new tabs use. Open tabs keep theirs, so a work agent and a personal one can run side by side.
  • Name your accounts. rename… gives an account, or the agent's own login in ~/.claude, the name the window shows, such as work; the folder stays where it is, so nothing logs out. cornercase account rename and cornercase account use do the same from a shell.
  • See which account an agent uses. Its tab names the account after the model, such as Opus 5.5 · work · 12%, in the tab bar and the agents section too.
  • Start with another account once. Starting an issue, starting a flow (one list per agent of the team) and scheduling one each offer an account list, set to the one in use; your choice applies to that start only. --account claude=personal on start, new-tab, flow run and queue add does it from a shell.
  • Plan usage per account. Usage › Limits shows a section for each Claude Code and Codex account, by its name, and marks the one in use.
  • The three new switches in Settings › UI (account, account switcher, account picker) turn each of these off; none of it shows until you add an account.
  • Scripts and other apps: cornercase account list --check asks each account whether it is logged in, usage --json names each entry's account and label, the queue's entries take accounts, and profiles keep working from the command line.

Release Notes

  • Open a project, a workspace or a file in Finder, the file manager or your editor. Right-click a project or workspace row (or click its ⋯) and choose open in…: it lists what your computer has, Finder on macOS or the file manager on Linux, then VS Code, Cursor, Zed and Sublime Text when they are installed. A workspace opens its own folder, so a worktree under ~/.cornercase/worktrees is one click away. The pane menu opens the folder its program is in, following your cd. In the files panel, open in… next to open does the same for the file you are reading: an editor opens it at the first selected line, and default app opens it in Preview or your image viewer. A right-click on a file or folder in the tree opens the same menu.
    • It opens on the computer your window is on. A window from cornercase remote, your phone's browser or an SSH session shows copy path instead, since the folders are on the other computer.

Release Notes

  • A new look. cornercase's colour is now a cobalt blue instead of purple: the logo on the welcome screen, the ● of an agent you marked for review, the groups of the keys menu, the end of a flow once it is reached, the card that asks for a star and the heatmap in Usage › Stats. Merged pull requests stay purple, as GitHub shows them. The website and the docs have the new look too, in light and dark.

Release Notes

  • A message sent to an agent waits while you are typing to it. When another agent or a script ran cornercase send --enter into the pane you were typing in, its text joined your half-written prompt and both went out as one, broken. Now send (and todo send) waits until you are done: while you have text in the input you have not sent, while you typed in the last 2 seconds, or while an earlier message to that pane has not gone out. Your prompt goes first and the message follows right after. It works for every agent cornercase runs and for plain shells.
    • A bar on the pane's bottom row says 1 message waiting from pane 40 · goes after yours, with send now to send it at once and wait turn to say you saw it: the bar then shows the working icon and queued: goes right after yours until it goes out. A new message shows the bar with wait turn again.
    • A draft ends with Enter, Esc, Ctrl+C or Ctrl+U, when the program in the pane changes, or after a minute without typing; in Claude Code also as soon as its input box is empty again (its grey suggestion does not count).
    • While a message sits between its paste and its Enter, keys typed into that pane are dropped with a toast, so nothing lands in the middle.
    • send --timeout bounds the wait and says what held it; --force does not wait for you (only for an earlier message's Enter); keys never waits. Scripts see held_sends and draft for each pane in status --json, status --panes, status --follow and views.
