Added

  • Junior: Triage is now Junior, the product and the junior engineer inside it. Your data moves from ~/.triage to ~/.junior once, on first start, and saved browser logins come along.
  • Junior page: a new home with Junior's face, pill tabs, one prompt box and a ledger of Needs you, With Junior and Waiting. Each row leads with the next move and a reason chip.
  • Hand-offs: Junior works only what you hand it. Your PRs get babysat (CI fixes, review-bot threads, rebases, a ready-because gate), review requests get a read-only first pass, and anything else runs a playbook (answer, investigate, debug-fix).
  • Dependency batches: green minor and patch dependency PRs show as one suggested row, merged only when you press Merge.
  • Learnings: Junior notes how you work from your own corrections, and you keep, edit or undo each one. Kept learnings load into chats and runs. /remember saves a line to the project or workspace context.
  • Nudges and promises: Draft nudge? on Waiting rows, sent only on your OK. Your own "I'll do X" lines become promise items with who's owed and when.
  • Focus hours: only people waiting past your threshold and prod-red items reach Needs you while you focus.
  • Command palette (⌘K): search items, chats and artifacts from a local full-text index, and act on the open item.
  • Repo contract: a .junior/junior.md file can protect paths, name flaky patterns, reviewers and checks, and only ever lowers autonomy.
  • Advance approvals and Junior's log: approve a who + what + when once, and see every send with who allowed it.
  • Sources are any MCP server: a job can read from any connector Claude Code sees. Three curated chores ship off: dependency PR sweep, flaky test triage, weekly release notes draft. Job recipes export and import without paths or secrets.
  • Browser profiles: persistent logins per profile, more than one page per chat, and a browser: key for jobs.
  • Attachments: attach any file in chat and in item descriptions.
  • Artifacts: publish html, csv, pdf and images with versions, and a redesigned artifact page.
  • Chat checkpoints: rewind the files a chat changed.

Changed

  • one send policy for chats and runs: local work, pushes to your own branch and draft PRs are free; every other send waits on a card with an impact line. The Autonomy levels are gone.
  • held sends read in a per-tool layout (Slack, Gmail, Linear, Jira, Sentry, GitHub, Notion) and edit field by field.
  • first run asks only for the Claude login; onboarding is Junior's first message.
  • new workspaces start with watches and jobs off; each has a switch under Settings → Automations.
  • brand v2: warm ink and paper, the sky J key as the mark and the face.
  • dialogs and confirms are all Radix, native alerts are gone.
  • long chats open on their newest page and load earlier messages as you scroll up.
  • the old goals engine is removed; a goal is a team run with a done-when.
  • the app reloads when the daemon's build changes, or shows an update bar if a reload would lose your typing.

Fixed

  • a stray rejection in the daemon is logged, not fatal.
  • a stalled chat turn shows one notice instead of hanging silently.
  • the send gate holds pushes and commands only the shell can resolve, and fails closed.
  • the app can't be framed by other origins, and oversized JSON bodies are refused.
