Nested Bullet/List does not work with Tab

Describe the bug

If you create a bullet list, and list, with a * symbole and than try to create a sub/nested with a TAB nothing happens.

Steps to reproduce

Just create a list, with * for example and than on second list item, try to press tab and created nested list item, and it does not work.
