v4.5.0 — pip install hermes-memra

Now on PyPI: pip install hermes-memra — Hermes discovers the provider via the hermes_agent.plugins entry point (no file copying). Platform-aligned versioning. Cloud or fully-local (memra-local). install.sh remains for drop-in installs.
