First version of the MC Monitor plugin and client mod.

• Join check against the MC Monitor site: the plugin takes the launch code from the client mod and gets the player's number on your server and the ban set in your dashboard.
• Bans from the dashboard, with a saved ban list for when the site is down.
• Optional launcher-only mode (require-launcher).
• Paper, Spigot, Folia, Arclight, Velocity and BungeeCord; client mod for Fabric 1.14 and newer.
• Messages in Russian, English, Spanish, Portuguese and German.
