0.15.0's "healthy deployment" test asserted zero ERROR findings while
running inside a suite whose other modules register models that trip
system checks on purpose. It passed in isolation and failed in the full
run — and I tagged on the isolated run. The case now pins the report shape
and the ok flag directly; a separate test uses that deliberate pollution
as the fixture it actually is and asserts check ERRORS get surfaced.
