makemigrations --check under the module's own test settings was not clean:
the notification-pref BooleanFields (email_messages, email_system,
push_messages, push_system) gained help_text after 0010 without a follow-up
migration. 0014 regenerates the help_text-only AlterFields (no DB change).
Bump 0.3.3.
