Added

  • Type / in the composer for the commands and skills this folder actually has — Claude Code's own, yours, the project's, and every plugin's. The list narrows as you type, arrow keys and enter pick, and a name that resolves lights up in the box so a typo doesn't slip through as prose.
  • A changes drawer per session: git snapshots taken around every turn, so you can see what each one touched, with the diff hunks inline in the transcript where the tool ran.
  • Sessions now know what triage is — shared context and their own identity ride in the system prompt, and get_work_item / get_session_context let a chat look up the item it was dispatched for.

Changed

  • Output from a local command like /usage or /context shows in the transcript instead of sending and visibly doing nothing.
