Release 1.0.0: API-based ID lookup, credits, screenshots

- Bump version to 1.0.0
- Add "look up my ID" flow in Settings, resolving a pasted TRMNL API
  key to the account's numeric user ID via GET /api/me — the key is
  used once for the lookup and never persisted
- Add screenshots and reference them from the README
