[feature request] status dashboard problematic tools toggle to show/hide task details

Users and staff have requested the ability to see at a glance, on one page (status dashboard problematic tools), the detailed problem status for each tool with ETA. I can imagine a scenario where each tool has a collapse/expand arrow, and a button at the top of the page to expand/collapse all tools' problem reports. Is this possible? Thanks!

Apologies for the double post. A colleague reminded me that this is essentially a read-only (for users) version of staff's maintenance pending page.

Alright, this could be done by modifying the task details page or creating a new, simplified read-only version.
Then the maintenance page itself would need to be made accessible to regular users.
This whole functionality should be available to enable in Customization and be disabled by default
