• The server now sends usage instructions and its real version on initialize.
• QR codes are part of the base install (qrcode, pure-Python pypng); the [qr] extra is kept as a no-op.

Reads photos, videos and documents. Attachments are downloaded and decrypted on your machine and shown to the model: images and PDFs to the Claude API as-is, videos as frames (ffmpeg), Word/Excel/PowerPoint as text (pip install 'pyunto-agent[docs]'), and file paths to Claude Code (with --add-dir added automatically). A photo waits a few seconds for its caption so both are answered once. See "Photos, videos and documents" in the README.

Real-time delivery of media needs the Pyunto server update of 2026-09-29; until then, media is still read from the thread whenever someone writes text after it.
