Prerelease v0.0.9-alpha

This is the first release usable for alpha testing. To install the plugin, download utksds-plugin.zip below and install as you would any other Wordpress plugin.

What's Changed

• Readme updated for new npm tasks.
• Using the new framework, so content-strip looks better and works better in the editor.
• New task created which creates a simple plugin for packaging.
• Created a dist task that creates a usable packaged plugin.
• UTKSDS Framework now an NPM package.
• Added functionality for the plugin to check for updates and update from the WordPress control panel.
• Development by @pookaknight in #10
