fix(update): pin the cgroup-escape scope to system.slice so UI-triggered updates survive the livos restart and record success (previously they deployed the code but hung on 'waiting' / kept the old version marker). Includes v44.19's liv-assistant desktop-user PATH fix. Proven live on the Mini PC.
