Phase 296 — three dark-theme/UX fixes (built on Phase 295's force-light mechanism). The OS chrome (desktop, taskbar, title bars) stays dark.

Live Usage → navbar dropdown + app removed

  • The full-screen Live Usage dialog (with the unreadable white selected-card in dark theme) is gone. Live Usage is now a compact dropdown (CPU / Memory / Storage gauges) opened from the existing Live Usage button in the top bar.
  • The standalone Live Usage app is removed from the dock, launchpad, command palette, and spotlight. (Mobile Settings keeps live stat cards inline; the high-usage alert's "View" now opens Settings.)

Files → always LIGHT

  • Files was built light-first and looked broken in dark theme. It now renders light regardless of the OS theme (extends .livos-app-light with the v36 token family + applies it to the Files window).

Add Shortcut → follows the OS theme (dark)

  • The Add Shortcut dialog was hardcoded white; it now uses the themed tokens, rendering dark on the dark OS, with all buttons/chips legible (selected vs unselected distinct) and no near-white pills.

Box update (operator):
```
ssh bruce@100.112.68.1
sudo -s
curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/utopusc/livinity-io/v44.78/update.sh -o /opt/livos/update.sh && chmod +x /opt/livos/update.sh && bash /opt/livos/update.sh 2>&1 | tee /tmp/livos-4478.log
```
Verify in DARK theme: click the top-bar Live Usage (Activity) button → compact 3-gauge dropdown, readable; open Files → fully light; open Add Shortcut → dark, all buttons visible; Live Usage no longer in the dock/launchpad/search.

Gate: ui build exit 0 · generated-CSS verified · vitest zero added failures (5 failing files proven pre-existing) · 4-lens adversarial review.
