Local review exports (
docs/claude-review-*.md,docs/gemini-review-*.txt) are working scratch and should never be committed. OnlyCLAUDE.mdandPLAN-shadow-rs.mdwere ignored, so these slipped throughgit add -A. Add the two patterns so they're ignored like the rest.
