  • Added AGP 9 built-in Kotlin support by removing direct KGP application from the Android plugin.
  • Raised the minimum supported toolchain to Flutter 3.44 and Dart 3.12; apps enabling built-in Kotlin require Flutter 3.47 or newer.

  • Applied explicit Android videoBitrate requests through Media3.
  • Applied lower Android frameRate requests through FrameDropEffect.
  • Requested an H.264 level matching the Android output stream to avoid unnecessarily high level declarations that can fail on iOS and Safari.
