Fixed

• iOS now honors advanced.frameRate without a crop, including resize, trim,
  rotation, orientation correction, and frame-rate-only requests, fixing #31.
  Crop and non-crop compositions share the existing integer frame-rate rounding
  and 30 FPS default.
• Reject non-finite or overflowing iOS frame rates before converting to a
  native time scale, avoiding a crash.
