Relese lexer-0.2 - Integers!

• Add support for integers

First release, for now, only the lexer is implemented.

I have attached a statically-linked version of the lexer below, but there are instructions on how to build it the readme.
And the grammar of the language.

To use the yatsl compiler (lexer), you just have to provide a source file to the yatslc executables

$ ./yatslc <inputFile>

there is an example file in the repo, example.tsl
