Description
I am using v2ray on a home router with an outbound as a proxy. The router is configured so that connection from users on the LAN to specified domains are redirected to an Outbound proxy that is configured in the V2Ray.
The bandwidth of the proxy is limited and is lower than the bandwidth of my internet. So, when someone on the LAN establishes a connection with the proxy with its full capacity, other users on the same LAN cannot use the proxy.
I have solved this problem with freedom as an Outbound with the help of Smart Queue Management and CAKE as its policy, but I have not been able to do the same with other Outbounds, like vmess. More information can be found at:

It would be great if Smart Queue Management was implemented in V2Ray.
