Troubleshooting Kiosk

The debug mode allows technical support to collect additional information and assist in issue resolution. To enable debug mode:

1. Close the current kiosk session by pressing Alt + F4.
2. Press Windows Key + R to open the Run command.
3. Type: "C:\Program Files\V5iD\Identity Verification Kiosk\Kiosk\V5iD.Kiosk.Win.exe" /debug and press Enter.
4. When the kiosk opens, press F5 to refresh the log.
