Since 25.1.0 Missing Loading indicator on route changing

Description of the bug

The "loading" attribute is not set on route changing.

Expected behavior

The loading indicator is showing on route changing.

Minimal reproducible example

Applayout => NavTree with com.vaadin.flow.component.sidenav.SideNavItem that change a route on click.

If I do something hack like this, the indicator will be active

we switched from 25.0.7 => 25.1.0
(full clean and prepare, currently 25.1.1)
