Minor release: the acp-checkout profile and a conformance vector for the payments lane. An Agentic Commerce Protocol checkout session becomes a source format, the outcome twin of the agent-decision profile.

  • New declarative acp-checkout source profile: it recognizes an Agentic Commerce Protocol checkout session and maps it onto the SEP-2828 model at the outcome plane. It is the closest foreign format to a settled-transaction record (the terminal status, the totals that settled, the payment handler and PSP, the order produced), yet fills no SEP-2828 field on its own: ACP signs nothing in the record (it authenticates the API call at the transport), so alg, signature, and receiptAsserted are absent, there is no backLink pinning the request that authorized the spend, and status is a merchant-asserted state lifted as advisory context rather than a bound outcomeDerived. The honest gap is the report. It is the inverse of agent-decision, which carries the authorizing decision but not the outcome; neither is a receipt until the decision and the outcome are bound under one signature.
  • New tests/vectors/acp_checkout_v0/ conformance vector: a real-shaped completed checkout session with its order. ACP objects are unsigned, so the recomputable anchor is a JCS (RFC 8785) content digest over the statement rather than a signature. The independent checker imports no Vaara code and reproduces the digest and the SEP-2828 mapping from the shipped profile spec. It is the recomputable {statement, expected-verdict} pair, anchored to the bytes.
