Media Audit 1.0.1

Version 1.0.1 makes the WordPress admin experience more consistent and gives users clearer guidance before they act on audit findings.

What's improved

  • The Settings tab now uses the same available width as the other Media Audit sections.
  • The How it works page has been expanded from a short summary into a practical guide.

The guide now explains

  • How Media Audit limits scans to WordPress uploads and applies scope and ignore rules.
  • How files are matched against Media Library metadata and database references.
  • What each finding label means, including fast-scan and partial results.
  • When to use quarantine, ZIP-and-remove, or permanent deletion.
  • What to review before removing files from a live site.

This patch does not change the scan engine or cleanup behavior. Findings remain review candidates, and quarantine is still the recommended first cleanup step.
