Improve and complete the Blade frontend

What changed

• replaces the Laravel starter page with a responsive CDNFoundry entry point
• introduces shared Blade primitives for cards, states, rows, forms, and tables
• aligns both Filament panels under one responsive theme and navigation system
• exposes supported DNS, edge-maintenance, and usage-rebuild actions in their natural UI surfaces
• documents route-to-UI coverage and updates the manual browser qualification
• preserves automatic per-domain edge deployment as required by the roadmap
