New 'abap transports' command.

  • 'abap transports' lists every request you own, grouped into workbench/customizing and modifiable/released
  • Filters: --released/--unreleased, --workbench/--customizing, --user ('*' for everybody), --objects
  • 'abap transports new "description"' creates a request and prints its number; --customizing for a type W request, --target to override the transport target
  • Descriptions are checked against SAP's 60-character limit before sending
